Coolok.be is an online listing platform connecting people looking for shared housing with people offering rooms in Belgium. Coolok.be is not a party to any agreements between users.

Terms of Service

In effect since January 1, 2026.

1. Purpose

Coolok.be is an online flatsharing platform for Belgium. These Terms of Service define the rules for using the service.

2. Registration

Full use of the service requires creating an account with a valid email address. The user guarantees the accuracy of the information provided. Any adult (18+) may register.

3. Listing publication

Listings must correspond to genuine flatsharing offers in Belgium.
Photos must be real and representative of the accommodation.
Any fraudulent, discriminatory or illegal listing will be removed.
Coolok.be reserves the right to moderate or remove any inappropriate content.

4. Liability

Coolok.be acts as a host within the meaning of Belgian law. Coolok.be is not responsible for the content of listings or transactions between users.

5. Pricing

Basic access to the platform is free. Premium features may be offered in the future.

6. Applicable law

These Terms of Service are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of Belgian courts.
